Panchos Cantina Mexican restaurant review, Westcliff, Essex

Panchos mexican chilli starter

Panchos mexican chilli starter

This is the only Mexican in the Southend on Sea area but if it wasn’t, we would still go here. It took years to start going, but the food is great! It is really good value for money, we get a really well priced Mexican Cabernet Sauvignon, and is comfortable enough whilst being very colourful and Mexican in style.

I think it is a hit with younger large groups, but I would still go there during the week in the evening.

We have a lovely beef salad and the steak is very lean and tasty. We also have the mixed fajitas. The portions are generous and everything is freshly cooked and of good standards.

I especially like the cocktails which are suitably alcoholic and very tasty!
